What is Der Die Das Game?

Articles are not random. Words ending in ung, heit, keit or chen follow clear patterns, and the game teaches them at the exact moment you get one wrong. Higher levels add the famous traps like das Mädchen, der Käse and die Butter.

How to play der die das game

  1. Choose a level and press any article to start the clock.
  2. Pick der, die or das for each noun. On a keyboard, use 1, 2 and 3.
  3. Build a streak: 5 in a row doubles your points, 10 triples them, 15 gives four times.
  4. A wrong answer costs 3 seconds and shows a quick gender rule.
  5. When time runs out, share your score and streak.
